Glad to have the opportunity to have a positive input into the growth here at Londondale. We became residents in 2014. Drawn in by the fantastic location and extremely reasonable rent prices in comparison to other complexes. However, the location has no competition. We enjoyed a very spacious 2 bedroom then (because of a growing family) we upgraded to a 3 bedroom townhouse with basement in 2017, with even more space and functionality! This a great neighborhood. We have never had any issues with safety or comfortability. Londondale went through management changes and has improved greatly. Diligently working to improve the aging property. The few maintenance requests have been resolved timely, courteously and professionally. Londondale has accepted any adjustments needed to maintain our happiness and longevity as tenants. We have no plans on moving, as Londondale has proven to be a great place to live.
